- What I Feel
What I Feel
As I sit on the ground, looking at the sky,
I think of you, and my heart just sighs,
I hear your soft whisper, feel your warm touch,
it’s those little things, which I love so much.
It’s the way you love me, and hug my emotions,
the way you look after me, with such devotion,
the way your words, hold me in desire,
the way your arms feel, ignites a warm fire.
walking down the shoreline, getting a little wet,
holding each other in arms, watching the sunset,
or walking by the river, watching the ducks dive,
these are the true moments, when I feel so alive.
It’s the way you love me, and hug my emotions,
the way you look after me, with such devotion,
the way your words, hold me in desire,
the way your arms feel, ignites a warm fire.
Sitting across the table, having a quite meal,
or holding each other, when a heart needs to heal,
I could go on forever, just telling you how I feel,
but I’d rather show you, what’s in my heart is real.
It’s the way you love me, and hug my emotions,
the way you look after me, with such devotion,
the way your words, hold me in desire,
the way your arms feel, ignites a warm fire.
