- Over a Cup of Tea (Quatern)
Over a Cup of Tea (Quatern)
Lonely lad, what is troubling you?
Your face is so blunt, without hue
Come now; let’s have a cup of tea
Table for two, under the tree
Tell me or give me, even a clue
Lonely lad, what is troubling you?
I hate to see you sad like this
Talk to me, not a word I’ll miss
When the burden is so heavy
Do not ever soak and feel sorry
Lonely lad, what is troubling you?
Let go, be free, enjoy your youth
Life’s a journey, it’s a long way
Yours has just began, let it sway
Come to me, if you cannot chew
Lonely lad, what is troubling you?
